Our very own Statkraft Academy offers a wide range of e-learning courses, games and programs in areas such as leadership, 项目管理, 数字工具, HSSE, 商业道德, business understanding and much more. More than 250 digital and classroom training opportunities are offered. For new employees the basic courses are offered as an onboarding package.
International Trainee Programme
Our international trainee programme is a development program for recent graduates. Being a Statkraft trainee will provide you with an understanding of the entire organisation, our operations and strategy. Your trainee position is tailored to ensure the development of your individual talent.
